| U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has determined that based on the following four potential hazards: (1) impact injuries; (2) an inability to escape, which could expose users to the risk of suffocation or drowning; (3) compromised oxygen levels inside the subject products; and (4) increased temperatures inside the Subject Products.
